Tighten the cylinder head base nuts.
Cylinder head base nut
: 7~11 N m (0.7~1.1 kg m)
Cylinder head base nut
: 15~20 N m (1.5~2.0 kg m)
Tighten the two cylinder base cover nuts.
Install the tappet and shim.
CAUTION
With fit the tappet, it should be replaced if turn
not smoothly by the hand.
CAUTION
The tappet and shim should be installed at the
original position when removed.
If otherwise, it is difficult to adjust the valve clear-
ance.
Fit the chain guide.
Fit the C-ring.
