INSPECTION
DAMPER ROD RING
Inspect the damper rod ring for wear and damage.
INNER TUBE AND OUTER TUBE
Inspect the inner tube and outer tube sliding surfaces
for any scuffing or flaws.
FORK SPRING
Measure the fork spring free length
than the service limit, replace it.

REASSEMBLY
R e a s s e m b l e a n d r e m o u n t t h e f r o n t f o r k i n t h e
reverse order of disassembly and removal, and also
carry out the following steps :
