NOTE
After the crankcase bolts have been tight-
ened, make sure that the crankshaft, counter-
shaft and driveshaft rotate smoothly.
If these shafts do not rotate smoothly, try to
free it by tapping with a plastic hammer.
Apply the SUPER GREASE A to the driveshaft O-
ring and oil seal lip.
Install the driveshaft spacer.

Install the oil seal retainer.
GEARSHIFT CAM DRIVEN GEAR
When installing the gearshift into the cam driven
gear, the big shoulder
shown in figure.
Install the cam guide and pawl lifter.
When installed, apply the THREAD LOCK 1324 to
the securing screw.
