server and verify that the user has
access to the driver. Many
organizations set up printing
permission based on user-level
security. The HP DSS Workflow
server must have the minimum
level of permissions to send jobs
to the printer.
Check the user printing
permissions and availability of
printer drivers for the
HP DSS Workflow server.
Check for the correct format within
the TO field of the notification
message.
The only supported TO field value is
the standard Internet SMTP mail
format. The standard format is
NAME@ADDRESS.XYZ.
