Field Values/User Field tab
Field values become attributes in the XML file, and consist of a name
and associated value. The field can have static or dynamic values.
Static values are assigned in the Value field at the time of
configuration, and dynamic values are assigned by the Form field
variables that are entered at the control panel.

Inserts a new field.
Deletes the current field.
Names the new field attribute.
Assigns a value to the field attribute. Specifying a
value creates a static values for the field.
Enclosing the name of a Form field within the tilde
characters dynamically assigns the value that is
entered at the control panel for the field. For
example, entering Name assigns the value entered
at the control panel for Name to the field value.
