Move an SMTP gateway button

Use the Move button to modify the priority-list order. The
HP DSS Workflow server attempts to use the prioritized list of the
SMTP gateways in the order that the gateways appear on this list.
The SMTP gateway at the top of the list is considered the most likely
to be used, and the bottom entry is the least likely to be used.
Click any SMTP server and change the order in which it appears by
using the up or down arrow.
