Preferences tab

The Preferences tab provides the basic attributes that control the
internal attributes of HP DSS Workflow server. These attributes
control how MFP messaging are stored, forwarded, and routed.
Table 4-1 shows the attributes and their definitions.
Note
The Rejected E-mails field only applies to the HP LaserJet 4100mfp
and 9000mfp.

The root directory where the
HP DSS Workflow creates
all temporary directories and
files that are necessary for
controlling the MFP-related
traffic.
The IP port number that is
used between the MFP
device and the
HP DSS Workflow Server to
communicate the MFP Chai
jar servlet configuration
attributes.
Restrictions
The HP DSS Workflow
Server must have proper
permission to write to that
directory.
This port number must
match the port on the
MFP Chai jar servlet.
