HP DSS Workflow makes it easy to reference any of the MFP form
field values during configuration. For example, if the "Client Name"
and "Contract Type" are to appear as part of the storage folder path,
then use the following command for Folder Path when configuring the
Folder Store component:
At run-time, the MFP component, searches for and replaces any
matching "~<Field Name>~" with the field value that the user types at
the MFP. If the user types ACME for Client Name and LEASE for the
Contract Type, then the resulting destination folder is as follows:

When the HP DSS Authentication is turned on, the following two FVR
strings are used:
Sender. The user name that is currently logged into the device.
SenderAddress. The user e-mail address that the authentication
LDAP looks up.
ENWW
Dynamic string values—Dynamic or variable string values are
field value types that are modified depending on user input at the
front panel of the device. For example:
Folder Path = C:\destination\~Sender~
If John Smith is using the device, then the value changes:
Folder Path = C:\destination\John Smith
C:\destination\~Client Name~\contracts\~Contract Type~
C:\destination\ACME\contracts\LEASE
