ENWW
Description
The directory where the
captured files (send to
folder/application files) are
stored when routing has
been completed
successfully. Turn this
attribute on to save a copy of
the successful print job to
the directory after delivery to
the destination location is
successful.
Note
If this field is turned on, a
copy of every file that has
been routed successfully is
saved on this directory.
Make sure that sufficient
disk storage is allocated for
this directory.
The Rejected Files directory
stores any files that failed to
save into the final
destination location. The
failure could result from any
number of causes. Search
the log file entries to
discover the cause. Typically,
a secondary process that
alerts the system
administrator to the files in
this directory is beneficial.
The Rejected E-mails
directory is stores any
outgoing e-mails that the
receiving SMTP server
rejected.
Restrictions
The C:\MFP\INBOX folder
should not be selected as
the processed files
destination for the
HP LaserJet 4100mfp and
9000mfp entry.
The C:\MFP90X5\INBOX
folder should not be
selected as the processed
files destination for the
HP LaserJet 9055mfp and
9065mfp entry.
The HP DSS Workflow
service must have
sufficient rights to gain
access to this directory.
The rejection forces the
HP DSS Workflow server
to reject the e-mail
message. The
subsequent SMTP
Servers are not attempted
after any single SMTP
Server explicitly rejects
the message.
