IHS Groove
Cut a groove in the package IHS; see the drawings given in Figure 30 and Figure 31.
The groove orientation in Figure 30 is toward the IHS notch to allow the thermocouple
wire to be routed under the socket lid. This will protect the thermocouple from getting
damaged or pinched when removing and installing the heatsink (see Figure 55).
