System recovery of user settings
Set system restore point
Step Action
1 Open a tab in a web browser and enter the IP address of the
scanner.
2 The Scan2Net window appears.
3 Click SETUP DEVICE, and then click POWERUSER.
4 Enter "Poweruser" as the user name and password.
5 Select SYSTEM RESTORE from the RESETS AND DEFAULT VALUES
menu.
6 Select SET RESTORE POINT.
Please wait until the process is complete and the READY message is
displayed. The entire process takes about 1 - 2 minutes.

1 Open a tab in a web browser and enter the IP address of the
scanner.
2 The Scan2Net window appears.
3 Click SETUP DEVICE, and then click POWERUSER.
4 Enter "Poweruser" as the username and password.
5 Select SYSTEM RESTORE from the RESET & DEFAULT VALUES
menu.
6 Select RESTORE SYSTEM.
The unit restarts immediately. The system recovery is then performed. This
procedure takes approximately 1 - 2 minutes. To complete the procedure,
the device performs a second restart of the restored system.
