Interrupt Controller

The interrupt controller operates as an interrupt manager for the CPU. The controller re-
ceives requests from peripherals and issues interrupt requests to the CPU. Interrupt-level
assignments 0 through 15 are listed in Table Section 1-7, in order of decreasing priority.
