Install the Swivel and Spring Arms

Insert the Swivel Arm onto the Base. (Figure 12)

Use the 3mm Hex Key with Flat Screwdriver to tighten

only the bottom Screw to allow the Swivel Arm to rotate
+ or - 180° or tighten both Screws to allow the arm to rotate
+ or - 90°. (Figure 12)
Insert the Spring Arm onto the Swivel Arm. (Figure 13)
