Carefully apply the Base Pad to the bottom of the Base

Screw-in the Hand Knobs (x 2) into the Lower Desk Clamp.

Insert the M4x10mm Screws (x 2) through the Small

Washers (x 2), Desk Clamping Discs (x 2) and into the
Hand Knobs (x 2). Tighten the M4x10mm Screws (x 2) with
a Phillips Head Screwdriver. (Figure 4)
