Adding a Message to the Favorite Messages List
The Favorite Messages feature allows you to create and store short messages that can
be easily retrieved and added to fax cover pages with a few mouse clicks, right from the
Fax tab of the Send Fax interface.
There are two ways to add a message to the Favorite Messages List:
from the Favorite Message field in the Fax tab of the Send Fax interface.
from the Favorite Messages folder in the Personal Folders view of FaxPress.
Using the Send Fax Interface to Add a Favorite Message
A favorite message can easily be added while you're in the process of sending a fax, right
from the Send Fax interface.
To add a new message to your Favorite Messages list from the Send Fax interface, follow
these steps:

In FaxPress, click on the Compose button to open the Send Fax interface. (For
additional ways to access the Send Fax interface, see Sending Faxes on page 53.)
