The ImageMaker Print Driver Control Control dialog appears. Select the location of
the output file by pressing Browse... If not already selected, make sure that the
File Format is set to 24-bit PDF. Leave all other settings as-is, then press OK.

If the PDF viewer on your system is not automatically launched, launch it manually
then browse to the location of the PDF file created in step 3.
