Note: You can enter a message of up to 16 lines.
Bill Back Code — Bill back code, as entered in your properties field.
Time Stamp — Time and date when fax is sent.
Number of Pages — Total number of fax pages, not counting the cover page.
Fax Description — The subject line of the Send Fax window.
Spool Time — Time in processing queue.
Account Code — Account code.
