Note that the keyword fields have not been altered, and all 16 message lines are
left in place.

After customizing your cover page template, rename and save it to the WordPad
Templates folder. Make sure the name is different from any existing cover pages.
Note: You must Close the WordPad document before you can add it. If the
document is open, you will get an error message when you try to add it to the
WordPad Templates folder.
