7.1 Why the device cannot be connected to the VM software?
Reason
● The device is powered off.
● Network exception.
Solution
● Check the device's power connection (observe whether the PWR indicator is solid blue or
not) to make sure the device is powered up normally.
● Check the network connection (observe whether the LNK indicator is solid green or not)
to make sure the device can be connected to the network normally, and make sure that
the PC and the device are in the same network segment.
7.2 Why the image is very dark?
Reason
● Insufficient brightness of light source.
● Too small value of exposure and gain.
Solution
● Increase the brightness of light source appropriately, or change to a brighter one.
● Increase exposure and gain appropriately.
7.3 Why the image's frame rate is very low in the live view?
Reason
Network circuitry speed is not 1000 Mbps.
Solution
Check whether the network transit speed is 1000 Mbps or not.
