6. Load and run the solution via VMClient.

VMClient is displayed via the device's external display via its VGA interface.
5.3 Reset Password
You can use the reset file to reset the password if you forget it. Contact the technical support
to get the file.
Steps
1. Enter the window of remote connection settings, and click Forgot Password.

2. View the device's serial number and send it to the technical support via Email.
