ACAUTION
Use the new O-ring 1).
e Install the oil seal retainer.
GEAR POSITION SWITCH
e Install the spring @ and contact @ and new O-ring ©.
e Install the gear position switch.
e Engage the cam chain @ onto the cam drive sprocket.
¢ Install the cam chain tensioner (2) and tighten the bolt.
« Install the pin 2).
e Install the generator rotor securely.
e Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303" to the generator rotor
nut, and tighten it to the specified torque with the special tool.
Be i 99000-32030 : THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303"
09930-44512 : Rotor holder
(") Generator rotor nut : 80 N-m (8.0 kg-m)
