3-7 ENGINE
e Remove the cylinder head nuts.
« Remove the cylinder by removing the nuts.

e Remove the cylinder gasket.
« Place a clean rag over the cylinder base to prevent piston
pin circlip from dropping into the crankcase and then, remove
the piston pin circlip with a long-nose pliers.
e Remove the piston pin with the special tool.

« Remove the piston.
« Remove the crankcase. cover.
CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

« Remove the clutch cover.
« Remove the clutch spring mounting bolts in a criss-cross
manner, and remove the springs and pressure plate.
