Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Error state detection
Errors can be diagnosed using the LEDs of the user interface and the servicing and configuration
interface of the DC Wallbox (see chapter "Initial commissioning", page 32, Access to configuration interface).
Problem
No backend connection,
coloured LEDs flashing
No meter values; no
charging
No display; LEDs completely
off
No full charging power
Possible cause(s)
Incorrect configuration of
the mobile phone interface
No reception or mobile
telephone network
overloaded
No internet connection on
Ethernet or WiFi
Ethernet or WiFi not

Wrong backend file server

Remedy
Correction of the
configuration of the mobile
phone interface
Change the position of
the DC Wallbox or install a
different antenna; change
the provider if necessary,
install an additional WiFi
repeater
Configuration correction
Connect RS485 interface
correctly or replace it
Switch on the tripped circuit
breakers again and observe
