To play back at double speed (Rapid-playback
function)
Press the B> II button until "X2 PLAY" comes on.
To resume normal speed playback, press the
BIE button during rapid-playback.
The unit turns off automatically
If the unit is left untouched after you have pressed
the Mibutton to stop playback or if you have
played the MD to the end, the unit turns off
automatically after approximately four seconds.
When the unit turns off, the information in the
display window goes out as well.
Note
When you connect the remote control to the unit
for the first time, the playback may not start by the
use of the remote control buttons. If it happens,
first operate the buttons on the unit to start
playback. After that, you can control playback with
the remote control.
When "NO DISC" indication comes on
There is no disc in the unit. If you leave the unit as
it is, the power turns off automatically after four
seconds.

Eachtime you press the DISP button, the indication
changes cyclically during basic operation.
