BATTERY CARE

If you will be transporting the robot vacuum cleaner or will not be using it for a long time, switch it
off.
Recharge the battery again to full capacity after three months without use.
Solution
Turn your Wi-Fi router on and off, remove your robot vacuum
cleaner from the app and try pairing it again. We recommend
that you always stay close to your robot vakuum cleaner while
pairing Wi-Fi router.
The robot vacuum cleaner has a weak battery. Charge the
battery to full capacity before starting cleaning.
The battery is too hot. Use the robot vacuum cleaner in
temperatures of 0°C ~ 40°C.
The charging station is not connected to the mains. Make
sure the power cable is properly connected.
The charging electrodes have poor contact with the robot
vacuum cleaner. Clean the electrodes on the robot
vacuum cleaner and on the charging base.
Make sure that there is enough space around the charging
station and that the detection zone of the charging station is
clear.
Make sure your Wi-Fi network is properly set up and fully
functional. The robot vacuum cleaner should be within range of
a good, strong Wi-Fi signal from your Wi-Fi router at all times.
Clean the central cleaning brush, the side brush, the wheels,
the underside of the robot vacuum cleaner and the front
bumper.
Empty the dust tray. Clean or replace the HEPA filter and clean
the central cleaning brush.
If the battery of the robot vacuum cleaner is low, cleaning
will not start. Please charge the battery to full capacity.
Scheduled cleaning will not synchronise correctly between
the robot vacuum cleaner and your mobile phone if the
robot vacuum cleaner is disconnected from the Wi-Fi
network. Therefore, keep the robot vacuum cleaner within
range of a good and strong Wi-Fi signal from your Wi-Fi
router at all times.
Make sure the charging contacts are properly connected
when parked in the charging
The charging base should always be connected to the
mains, do not switch it off. The robot vacuum cleaner is
then always ready for the next cleaning with a fully
charged battery.
