REJECT ANALYSIS
▶ REJECT ANALYSIS menu offers a statistics of note reject on an ATM machine. It lists
the rejects by the number of times or note counts they occurred. You can print these
rejects.
PRINT button prints the reject analysis information.
CLEAR button erases the reject analysis information and set START DATE to the
present date as well. (START DATE displays "01/01/2000 00:00:00" in ATM machines
which have never done the CLEAR function.)
<Caution>
After selecting CLEAR button as depicted as above, If there is the error code about
"Reject Box is full" in transferring Operator state to Service state, you must select
"CASSETTE TOTAL" button ,explained in the previous "SETTLEMENT", to get free
from error state even though the count of rejected notes would be canceled out to
'0'on the screen. You might be curious about the necessity of "CLEAR" button. The
reason why this button is necessary is to cancel out the information of notes for
statistical purpose.
