The VIEWING ANGLE board connects a potentiometer to the
negative voltage supply on the main console board. This potenti-
ometer adjusts the negative voitage which controls the LCD view-
ing angle.
In addition, the remote on/off switch is connected to the
board and is passed straight through to the main console board.
The keyboard consists of an 8 x 1 matrix. A conductive rubber
keyboard is attached to the keyboard.
Each key contains 6 con-
ductive pads any one of which will short the key when pressed.
The console power LED is also connected to the keyboard.
The display is a 640 x 480 tripie super twisted nematic Liquid
Crystal Display (LCD). Two cold cathode fluorescent tubes are
used for backlighting.
