PRESSURE LIMIT CHECK
For the following checks install the pressure kit used during the pressure
calibration procedures in Chapter 5. Start with the valve open 1/4 turn and
follow the directions given in each case.

Enter an Injection with the following parameters, for available
Pressure Plates.
. 200 ml Pressure Plate Assembly:
Flow Rate:
8 ml/sec
Volume:
190 mt
Pressure Limit: 200 psi
125 ml Pressure Plate Assembly:
Flow Rate:
8 ml/sec
Volume:
123 ml
Pressure Limit: 200 psi

Fill the syringe and purge air from the system.
©
With the pressure gauge assembly connected initiate the procedure.

Slowly turn the valve closed until the injector reports pressure limit
reached. Verify the gauge displays 200 PSI + 25 PSI while the
injector is running pressure limited.
