You also can control startup page printing using the Startpg.on and Startpg.off files in
on the XANTÉ Utilities CD-ROM. See "PS Files Folder" (Macintosh) in chapter 2 or
"PS_Files Folder" (PC) in chapter 3 for details.
Media Types
The Media Types options allows you to configure the media types for the standard
and optional cassettes.
To help ensure print quality, make sure the selected media type matches the media
type loaded in the corresponding cassette.
To select the media

Go to the printer home page (fig. 5.7). See "Printer Home Page" earlier in this
chapter for details.

Select Printer Configuration: Media Types. The Configure Media Types
window appears (fig. 5.12).

Select the type of media (PlainPaper, Transparency, or HeavyPaper) for the
standard cassette; then, click Change (fig. 5.12).

Select the type of media (PlainPaper, Transparency, or HeavyPaper) for the
optional tray (cassette); then, click Change (fig. 5.12).

Close your browser.

Low Toner Page: Select either On to enable low toner page printing or
select Off to disable it. Then, click Change.
