Screw the four stand-off posts into the four corner holes on the bottom
of the IDE hard disk (fig. 6.22).

Align the hard disk over the white outline on the front left corner of the
controller board (fig. 6.23).
c.
Slide the four nylon screws up through the bottom of the controller
board and screw them into the base of the stand-off posts on the bottom
of the IDE hard disk to mount the disk (fig. 6.23).
4.
Connect IDE cable to the hard disk and controller board.
a.
Align the IDE cable so red edge connects flush with the right, back corner
of the IDE hard disk (fig. 6.24).
Four pins extend past the end of the IDE cable on the right front of the disk. Make
sure to leave these pin uncovered.
