Programs P1-P5
There are 10 pre programmed programs.
- P1~P3 are speed controlled programs.
- P4-P5 are speed & incline combination controlled programs.
- See: Image P1-P5 to learn the treadmill program P1-P5 content.
- Press P1-P5 button to select Limit mode program.
- Use "P1-P5" buttons to select your desired program.
Display show distance P1 as the default program
- Use "P1-P5" buttons to select desired program: P1 ~ P5,
and press Enter to confirm.
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to select your desired program level.
Display show .L1 as the default program level.
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to select desired level: L1 ~ L4,
and press Enter to confirm.
- Press "Start" to start your workout.
- The workout will stop when the end of the program is reached.
P1 ~ P5 program behaviour
- The duration of the program is set to 36 minutes.
Each minute the profile will shift to the next program segment,
and will start over again when reached the end.
You can change speed and incline at any moment. The program
will pick up it's profile automatically when shifting to next stage.
- The workout will stop when the end of the program is reached.
Programs P6 - P10
There are 10 pre programmed programs.
- P6~P10 are incline controlled programs.

- Press P6-P10 button to select Limit mode program.
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to select your desired program.
Display show distance P1 as the default program
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to select desired program: P6 ~ P10,
and press Enter to confirm.
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to select your desired program level.
Display show .L1 as the default program level.
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to select desired level: L1 ~ L4,
and press Enter to confirm.
- Press "Start" to start your workout.
P6 ~ P8 program behaviour
- The duration of the program is set to 36 minutes.

User
- Press "User" button to select / configure a User program.
The display shows U1 as default.
- Use "User" buttons to select desired User : U1 ~ U5,
and press Enter to confirm.
Set User data
- Set your gender, the display shows (male) or (female).
Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to select correct gender
and press Enter to confirm.
- Display shows Age, to set your Age.
The display shows 30 as default, or latest set age.
Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to set the correct age

Range: 15 ~ 80 year and press Enter to confirm.
- Display shows Height, to set your body length.
The display shows 170 (cm) as default, or latest set body length.
Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to set the correct age
± 1
Range: 100 ~ 220 (cm) and press Enter to confirm.
- Display shows Weight to set your body weight.
The display shows 75 (kg) as default, or shows latest set weight..
Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to set the correct age
± 1
Range: 30 ~ 150 (kg) and press Enter to confirm.
- Pulse window will display the personal BMI index based on the set
user parameters.
Set user program profile�
- Press enter, to open setting menu for your user program profile.
- Heartrate display shows : 1 to inform you to set speed and incline
settings for your first stage of your profile out of 12 stages.
- Set your desired Speed setting for the first segment of the user
program by using the Speed Up/ Down buttons.
Set your desired Incline setting for the first segment of the User
program by using the Incline Up/ Down buttons.
Confirm by pressing Enter button.
- Heartrate display shows 2
Set all the 12 segments of your program profile.
- Display shows time goal "35"min use -/+ button to change the
time goal. ± 1
Range: 1 ~ 99
Press start to start the exercise.
HRC
‼ Note
• Suggested Heart rate is based on the users maximum heart rate,
calculated by the users age, being: 220 - Age.
• Minimal HR setting is 50% of users max HR
• Maximum HR target setting is 100% of users max. HR.
- Press HRC button to select HRC program.
- Set Users age by use "Plus or Minus" buttons, confirm by pressing
Enter button
- Set desired Heart rate target by using "Plus or Minus" buttons
confirm enter. ( max limit is determine by set age ( 220 - age)
- Press "Start" to start your workout.
- The workout will stop after 30 minutes count down.
Treadmill will stop after ±30 sec. no heart rate received.
Goal Training
- There are 3 goal training programs respectively:
Goal Distance, Goal Time, Goal Calories.
Press Goal Training button twice to open: Goal Time.
Press Goal Training button three times to open: Goal Calories.
