Explanation of display items
Dot matrix
The dot matrix shows the program profile in two sections, knowing.
- First 10 rows represent the incline setting
- Second 10 rows represent the speed setting when being in
treadmill mode.
- The Sled intensity when being in sled mode.
- Displays parameter data when being in programming mode.
Incline
- Shows the actual treadmill incline in workout mode.
- Shows target incline in programming mode.
Speed/ Sled
Speed/ Sled is a shared window having different function depending
on the treadmill mode.
When the treadmill is in Treadmill functional mode (also limit speed
and backwards speed)
- Shows the actual treadmill speed in KM/H.
- Shows target speed in programming mode.
When the treadmill is in Sled functional mode.
- Shows the actual treadmill resistance in % when being in sled
mode.
- Shows target speed in treadmill function programming mode.
Heart rate
- Shows the measured pulse rate in workout mode, or "P" when no
pulse is measured.
Ticker bar
Ticker bar shows information or instructions to guide the users
operating correctly when treadmill is in standby mode.
Ticker bar - Program section
- Displays the program selection when being in programming mode.
- Displays "-- -- --" when being in workout mode.
Ticker bar - Call/ Watt section
- Shows the consumed K .calories in workout mode.
- Shows left K. calories when workout in goal calories mode.
- Shows the target K. calories when being in programming mode.
- Displays Watt when being in Sled mode.
Ticker bar - Distance section
- Shows the ran distance workout mode.
- Shows left distance when workout in goal distance mode.
- Shows the target distance when being in programming mode.
Ticker bar - Time section
- Shows the ran time in workout mode.
- Shows left time when workout in goal time mode.
- Shows the target time when being in programming mode.
Ticker bar - User section
- Displays the User selection when being in programming mode.
- Displays "-- --" when being in workout mode.
Explanation of displays acoustic beep
The console is designed to notify the user with an acoustic beep.
This is to make the user aware of the change for safer workout.
The console will notify the user when:
- A button is pressed.
- When you reach a goal that has been pre-set.
- To announce a speed or incline change in the active selected
program.
USB function
The user can connect their device to charge during workout.
Voltage/ Current: 5VDC/ 1.0 Amp
Console Operation
Quick start
- Press "Start/ Pause" button to start your workout without any pre-
set settings.
- Treadmill will start at minimum speed of 0.8 Km/h, and maintains
the current set incline setting.
- Adjust Speed / Incline manually at any time to change your
workout, and stop/ pause at anytime.
End or Pause your workout
- Pause your workout at any time by press "Stop/ Pause" button
once.
Display will show "PAUSE" when being in pause mode.
Max pause time is 4.30 min.
- Press "Start/ Pause" button to resume training when being in
"PAUSE" mode.
- Press "STOP" once button to Pause workout.
- Press "STOP" twice to End workout and set console in:
"Reset/ Program selection" mode.
Sled Programs
To set a Sled functional program, the treadmill must be in "Reset/
Program selection" mode.
Set your treadmill in reset mode, by pressing the "Stop" button
twice.
‼ NOTE
• The console will memorize your latest used setting as your
preferred and will use this as the default in programming mode.
Treadmill Sled function
When using the treadmill in Sled mode, the treadmill will change the
walking/ running workout into a Sled pushing workout function.
In this mode the user needs to set the belt in motion by push force,
in where the resistance of the belt can be increased in percentages to
intensify your workout.
