Goal Distance
- Press Goal distance button to select Goal Distance program.
- Display show distance "50" as the default, or the latest set goal as
it memorize the latest set distance as your preferred.
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to set your desired goal.
± 100 mtr. Range: 50 ~ 9000 mtr.
- Press Start for count down en start your workout by pushing the
running belt into motion.
- "Speed/ Sled" Plus or Minus buttons can be use to change the
resistance also +/-
- The workout will stop when reached your pre set target distance.
Goal Time
- Press Goal Time button to select Goal Time program.
- Display show "30 sec." as the default, or the latest set goal as it
memorize the latest set distance as your preferred.
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to set your desired goal.
± 5 sec. Range: 5 ~ 990 sec.
- Press Start for count down en start your workout by pushing the
running belt into motion.
- "Speed/ Sled" Plus or Minus buttons can be use to change the
resistance also +/- during workout.
- The workout will stop when reached your pre set target time.
Manual
- Press Manual button to select Manual program.
- Display show distance "10%" as the default set Time goal.
- Use "Speed/ Sled Plus or Minus" buttons to set your desired start
resistance for your workout.
± 1 % Range: 1 ~ 100%.
- Press Start for count down en start your workout by pushing the
running belt into motion.
- "Speed/ Sled" Plus or Minus buttons can be use to change the
resistance also +/- during workout.
- The workout will stop when user stops the workout manually.
Custom
There are 5 custom programs available, knowing:
C1, C2, C3, C4 & C5. These programs are free to configure by the
users preferences.
- Press Custom button to select Custom program.
- Display will show C1 per default, use "Custom" buttons to select
C1 ~ C5 as you desire and press Enter to confirm.
- Set the number of steps you like in your profile.
The display shows the default for program selected program..
Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to set number of steps.
Range: 2 ~ 12 ( ± 1 ), and press Enter to confirm.
- Set the "interval" representing the active Sled functional time for
each of the steps.
The Heart rate display shows 15 as default (time in seconds).
Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to set the resting time in seconds.
Range: 15 ~ 120 ( ± 15 ), and press Enter to confirm.
- Set the "Rest time" as in pause time in between the sled workout
steps..

- Set the resistance level for the workout mode..
The display shows 10% as default.
Use "Sled-Speed Plus or Minus" buttons to set the desired
resistance level for the first segment of your Custom workout.
Range: 1% ~ 100% ( ± 1 )
Set the incline level and press Enter to confirm.
The display shows 0 as default (time in seconds).
Use "Incline Plus or Minus" buttons to set the resting time in
seconds.
Use "Incline Plus or Minus" buttons to set the desired incline level
for the first segment of your Custom workout.
Range: 0 ~ 15 ( ± 1 )
- Set the settings for all steps in your custom workout in the same
manner.
- Press "Start" to start your workout.
‼ NOTE
• Settings will be saved automatically.
• Settings can be changed by selecting the same program and
make the desired changes.
Strength test
The strength test program is set up to measure the users maximum
strength.
- Press Strength Test button to select Strength Test program.
- Display shows the default set Time goal.
- Use "Plus or Minus" buttons to set your desired goal.
± 30 sec. Range: 30 ~ 120 sec.
- Press "Start" to start your workout.
Trainer will generate 100% resistance, in where the user should give
it's best effort to set the running belt in motion as fast as he/ she
possibly can.
During the test the real time parameters will be shown in the
display.
- After reaching the set target time, the console will show the test
result in total Distance and average resistance calculated over the
total test duration.
Treadmill programs
When using the treadmill in treadmill mode, the treadmill will use the
internal motor to drive the running belt speed.
This is the standard function of a conventional treadmill.
To set a treadmill program, the treadmill must be in "Reset/ Program
selection" mode.
Set your treadmill in reset mode, by pressing the "Stop" button twice
‼ NOTE
• The console will memorize your latest used setting as your
preferred and will use this as the default in programming mode.
Limit mode
- Press Limit Mode button to select Limit mode program.
- Press "Start" to start your workout.
- Treadmill will start at the speed of 0.1 KM/H.
- "Speed/ Sled" Plus or Minus buttons can be use to change the
workout speed at any time.
± 0.1 KM/H
- The workout will stop when user stops the workout manually.
