To ensure the air conditioner is properly
ventilated, before proceeding with installa-
tion make sure any other devices or obsta-
cles are at least 30 cm from the air grilles
on the two sides and at the rear.

4.2.1 Using the existing ventilation porthole

This solution is feasible provided the porthole
opening measures 395 x 395 mm

Proceed by removing the screws that fix the port-
hole to the vehicle roof and then removing the
porthole.
Scrape off all the sealing material left around the
