@ NR SYSTEM switches and indicators
The left button switches the NR SYSTEM
ON
or OFF. The right button switches to either the
DOLBY B or C NR. When this switch is set to
ON, either the DOLBY
B NR or DOLBY
CNR
indicator
lights to show the noise reduction
mode selected.
@® MONITOR switch and indicator
When the SOURCE
indicator is lit and you can
monitor
the source
sound
during
recording.
When
it is pressed so that the TAPE
indicator
lights, you can monitor the signal immediately
after it has been recorded on the tape.
@® INPUT LEVEL control
This controls the right and left channel record-
ing input levels simultaneously. dB indications
are provided between 4 and 9 for approximate
level
compensation
of the DIGITAL
PEAK
indicator.
@ DIGITAL PEAK button
Press to call up the stored peak level or reset
the memory. (See page 22.)
@ MEMORY switches and indicator
The
memory
function
operates
when
the
memory
switch
is set to ON
and
the
tape
counter "0000".
When
this
switch
is set
to ON
(-m),
the
MEMORY
indicator
lights
and
operation
is
possible; when it is set to OFF ( .™ ), memory
operation does not take place. (See page 15.)
@® AUTO REPEAT switch
Use in combination with the MEMORY
switch.
After
setting
the
memory,
when
the AUTO
REPEAT switch is set to ON ( =), playback
between
the
points
where
the tape
counter
reads "0000" and where the MEMORY
switch
was set to ON ( -= ) is done repeatedly.
@® COUNTER switch
Selects the mode of the digital counter.
(— ) STOPWATCH
Set to this Position to determine the lap time.
(m= ) COUNTER
Set'to this position when
using as a normal
4-digit
tape
counter
and
using the
memory
function.
® Rauschunterdriickung-Schalter/Anzeige
(NR SYSTEM)
Die linke Taste schaltet das Rauschunterdriickungssystem
ein bzw. aus, die rechte Taste schaltet zwischen DOLBY
B und DOLBY C um. Ist die Rauschunterdriickung ein-
geschaltet,
leuchtet entweder
die DOLBY
B- oder die
DOLBY C-Anzeige.
@® Monitor-Schalter/Anzeige (MONITOR)
Leuchtet die SOURCE-Anzeige,
kann bei der Aufnahme
das Signal der Signalquelle iiberwacht werden, Wird auf
TAPE-Anzeige
umgeschaltet,
wird
das aufgenommene
Signal direkt wiedergegeben (Hinterbandkontrolle).
@® Eingangspegelregler (INPUT LEVEL)
Zur Regelung von
linkem
und
rechtem
Eingangspege!
gleichzeitig. Die dB-Anzeige im Bereich von 4 bis 9 dB
dient der ungefahren
Pegelanpassung an die DIGITAL
PEAK-Anzeige.
@® Spitzenpegeltaste (DIGITAL PEAK)
Zur Abrufung des gespeicherten Spitzenpegels oder zur
Ruckstellung des Speichers. (Siehe Seite 22.)

Die
Speicherfunktion
arbeitet,
wenn
der MEMORY-
Schalter
auf ON
und
das Bandzahiwerk
auf ''0000"
gestellt ist.
In der ON-Position

leuchtet die MEMORY-An-
zeige. In der OF F-Position ( m@) arbeitet diese Speicher-
funktion nicht. (Siehe Seite 15.)
® Zahiwerkschalter (COUNTER)
Zur Umschaltung des Digital-Zahlwerks.
(-— ) Stoppuhr (STOP WATCH)
In dieser Position ist auf Stoppzeit geschaltet.
( m@ ) Zahiwerk (COUNTER)
in dieser Position ist auf normale vierstellige Bandzahl-
werkfunktion, die auch fiir die Speicherfunktion bend-
tigt wird, geschaltet.
@® Commutateur et indicateur de contrdle (MONITOR)
Quand
l'indicateur SOURCE
est allumé,
vous pouvez
contr6ler le son de la source pendant I'enregistrement.
Quand
il est enfoncé de maniére 4 ce que Iindicateur
TAPE s'allume, vous pouvez contréler le signal immédia-
tement aprés qu'il a été enregistré sur la bande.
@ Commutateurs et indicateur de mémoire (MEMORY)
La fonction de mémoire fonctionne quand le commuta-
teur est sur ON
et que le compteur de bande atteint
"0000".

Quand ce commutateur est placé sur ON ( =) Iindica-
teur MEMORY
s'allume et le fonctionnement est pos-
sible. Quand if est placé sur OFF ( m ), le fonctionne-
ment de la mémoire ne s'effectue pas. (Voir page 15.)
@ Commutateur de répétition automatique (AUTO
REPEAT)
L'utiliser
en
combinaison
avec
le commutateur
ME-
MORY.
Aprés avoir réglé la mémoire, le commutateur
AUTO
REPEAT sur ON ( =), la lecture entre le point
ou le compteur de bande marque "0000" et celui ow le
commutateur
MEMORY a été placé sur ON
(-=—)
est
répétée.
@® Commutateur de compteur (COUNTER)
Sélectionne le mode de compteur numérique.
(— ) Chronométre (STOP WATCH)
Le placer sur cette position pour déterminer le temps
écoulé,
(= ) Compteur (COUNTER)
Le placer sur cette position lors de l'utilisation normale
de compteur de bande a 4 chiffres et de la fonction de
mémoire.
