Record your own Outgoing Message (OGM)
Through telephone base:
1. Repeat step 1 to 4 in Section "Play your Outgoing Message (OGM)".
2. Play OGM appears and then press
press Ok.
3. Recording... appears, you can then record your outgoing message after
the beep tone.
4. Press Ok when recording is complete.
Notes:
• Your outgoing message can be up to 90 seconds in length.
• Outgoing messages shorter than two seconds are not recorded.
Through cordless handset:
1. Repeat step 1 to 4 in Section "Play your Outgoing Message (OGM)".
2. Play OGM appears on the screen, then press
press Ok.
3. Recording... appears, you can then record your outgoing message after
the beep tone.
4. Press Ok when recording is complete. Playing... appears then recording
will play back.
Delete your Outgoing Message
Through telephone base:
1. Repeat step 1 to 2 in Section "Play your Outgoing Message (OGM)".
2. Delete All appears and then press
3. Ans & Rec appears and then press Ok.
4. Play OGM appears, then
5. Delete will show, You hear confirmation tones.
Through cordless handset:
1. Repeat step 1 to 4 in Section "Play your Outgoing Message (OGM)".
2. Play OGM appears on the screen, then press
