You can detect faults in CIM/CIU 500 by observing the status of the two communication LEDs.
9.2.1 LED status: The CIU 500 is fitted in a Grundfos booster system.
9.2.1.1 Both LEDs remain off when the power supply is connected.

The CIM/CIU is fitted incorrectly in the connected Grundfos product.
The CIM/CIU is defective.
9.2.1.2 The LED2 for internal communication is flashing red.
Cause
There is no internal communication between the CIM/CIU and the
