Checking Before Installation

Carefully plan and arrange the installation location, networking mode, power supply, and
cabling before installing the device.
Confirm the following requirements before installation:
The installation location provides sufficient space for heat dissipation.

The installation location meets the temperature and humidity requirements of the

device.
The power supply and required current are available in the installation location.

The Ethernet cables have been deployed in the installation location.

The selected power supply meets the system power requirements.

The position of the indoor emergency power switch is found before installation, so that

the power switch can be cut off in case of accidents.
For a ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted AP, the mounting bracket dimensions and

mounting hole pattern should meet the requirements. The following figure shows the
mounting bracket dimensions.
