(5) Insert the fiber into the optical module and coil the external optical cable around in the
back cable trough of the device.
Caution
Do not remove the security label from the optical module before inserting the optical

fiber.
Connect the power supply before inserting the pigtail. To avoid interference between

the optical fiber and the power cable, route the optical fiber below the power
connector.
The power connector has positive (+) and negative (–) poles. The one near the optical

port is the negative (–) pole. See the warning label for details.
