8 COMMISSIONING

Once the device has been installed correctly, it must be prepared for use.
If the on-device main switch (see optional accessory BPW-MSWITCH) is fitted, open the bottom compartment
and switch the device on using this switch (position shown in the illustration below).
The following operations must be carried out:
1. Set the current date and time (see sections 10.3, 10.4).
2. Set the language required for the printer (optional) (see section 10.2).
3. Set up dosing of the descaler and any detergent used (see section 8.1).
4. On first installation:
a. the peristaltic pumps must be activated by hand by the authorised engineer to ensure that
the pipes in the circuit are primed correctly (see section 8.1).
b. The "Fill" Service program.
5. Run a program complete with thermal disinfection with no load for processing in the tank (see
sections 9.5, 9.6).
6. The authorised engineer can proceed with complete verification and recording of correct operation
on the user's premises, accordance with the Manufacturer's procedure (ref. SR152).
The device is now ready for use.
