The device deals with the situation automatically, performing a reset cycle which drains the water from the
tank and cools it if the temperature inside is high. At the end of the reset, the interface shows the "FAIL"
screen, to clearly indicate that the cycle which was running previously has failed.
IF AN ALARM OCCURS
When an alarm occurs, the device will automatically attempt to set in conditions of safety. Refer to this
table for the meaning of the alarm code and take the recommended actions.
Actions normally required from of the user:
1. DEFAULT PROCEDURE – as described below.
2. If the alarm does not disappear, follow the RESET PROCEDURE.
1. DEFAULT PROCEDURE
Wait for the device to deal with the anomaly automatically and return to safe conditions. The Alarm
icon flashes while the device is dealing with the alarm and displays steadily when this has been done.
When done: press "Confirm" to acknowledge. The device switches to a RESET cycle until the situation
has been corrected and normal standby status is displayed.
2. RESET PROCEDURE
After the default procedure:
Switch the device OFF using the ON/OFF button. Wait for the display to stop changing.
Switch off the power to the device at the external main switch and wait 10 seconds before restoring the
power.
Check that the device switches to normal standby status.
3. MAKING THE DEVICE SAFE: If the alarm persists even after the procedures:
1. Turn off the water supply taps.
2. Disconnect the device from the power supply.
3. Check that the device's connections (electricity and water) are correct and there have been
no changes from the initial installation conditions.
4. Contact the After-Sales Service.
