Set the crankshaft on V-blocks and measure the
runout using a dial indicator.
Actual runout is 1/2 of total indicator reading.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.10 mm (0.004 in)

Press the left crankcase bearing into the left crank-
case squarely until it is fully seated, using the spe-
cial tool.

Pilot, 35 mm
Apply 2 cc minimum of engine oil to a new left
crankcase bearing.
