Risk of injury due to device which is damaged or not ready for
use!
Operation of a device which is damaged or has failed a function
check may result in injury to the patient.
Only use undamaged devices.
Only operate the device after it passes the function check.
Have the damaged device repaired.
The automatic function check has been failed.
1. Proceed with the device according to the following table:
Failed test
Battery
System
Leaktightness
2. Repeat the function check.
3. If the automatic function check has been failed again: Have the
device repaired.
Rectification
Replace battery.
Have the device repaired.
Check the connections and
canister system. If necessary: Have
the device repaired.
