To Turn On The Power; To Adjust The Zero Balance - KYOWA WGA-120A Instruction Manual

4-1 TO TURN ON THE POWER

Before turning ON the power, make sure the WGA-120A is correctly connected.
Although the WGA-120A will be in operating state immediately after turning ON the power, we
recommend you to preheat the WGA-120A 30 minutes for stable measurements.

4-2 TO ADJUST THE ZERO BALANCE

Connect the digital voltmeter to the Output terminal (OUT+ and OUT-).
Make sure no load is applied to the transducers (weight: 0).
Turn the Sensitivity adjuster all the way to the right.
Execute the balance adjustment.
[Auto balance model]
Push up the BAL/CAL switch 2 times within 0.5 seconds.
Adjust the value on the digital voltmeter to be 0 V, by turning the ZERO fine adjuster.
[Manual balance model]
Adjust the value on the digital voltmeter to be 0 V, by turning the ZERO coarse adjuster and ZERO
fine adjuster.
