1 Tool for piston seal (6.2617.010)
Sleeve for inserting the new piston seal.

3 Removing the old piston seal
CAUTION
Screwing the (6.2617.010) special tool for the piston seal into the
piston seal destroys this completely!
CAUTION
Avoid touching the sealing surface in the pump head with the
tool!
Only screw the tip (17-1) of the tool for the piston seal far enough
into the piston seal that the seal can be pulled out.
4 Inserting the new piston seal into the tool
Insert the new piston seal into the recess of the sleeve (19-1) of the
tool for piston seal. The sealing spring must be visible from the out-
side.

5 Inserting the new piston seal into the pump head
Guide the sleeve (17-2) of the tool for the piston seal with inserted
piston seal into the pump head. Press the seal into the pump head
recess using the wide end of the tip (17-1) of the tool.
Cleaning or replacing the zirconium oxide piston
