4 Fluid cooling
With liquid cooling, the heat dissipated in the motor is carried away by the cooling medium (e.g. water).
Compared to self-cooling, the continuous rated power of the motor is increased many times over.

With the fluid cooling, the coolant is passed through the cooling circuit of the motor flange.
Starting from the adjusted mean coolant temperature T_Water all other parameters of the cooling circuit may
be dimensioned based on the diagrams referred to:
