Supplied software

The following table shows the software that is supplied.
Windows versions are provided on the software disc that is supplied. If you are using a Mac or a computer without
a disc-drive, you can download and install the software from the following link: https://epson.sn.
For information about the software, see the manual for the application or the Network Guide (Online Manual).
Note:
Printer drivers are not provided. You need Garment Creator 2 or a software RIP to print using this printer.
The Epson Web site provides plug-ins for the printer.

You can load images created with commercially available drawing software, make the
following settings, and then create jobs.

Set the position and size of the image according to the platen size used for printing.

Set the Print Quality and so on
❏
You can send created jobs to the printer or save them to your computer.
See the Garment Creator 2 manual for more details.
This software allows you to create a hot holder for printing. By simply copying an image file to
the hot folder, you can automatically create a print job and send it to the printer. This is useful
when frequently printing using the same print and layout settings. Install this software on the
computer on which Garment Creator 2 is installed.

You can easily acquire the following variety of information provided by Epson on the
internet.

Update information for the printer firmware (you can update the firmware easily
from Epson Edge Dashboard)
❏
Update information (when update information is available, start EPSON Software
Updater to perform the update) for software and manuals installed from the
supplied software disc and setup navigator.

With Epson Edge Dashboard installed, you can monitor the status of the printer
connected to a computer over a network or USB connection.

The software checks if new software or update information is available on the Internet and
installs it if it is available. You can also update Garment Creator 2, Epson Edge Dashboard, or
manuals for the printer.
If you are using Windows, you can also update the printer's firmware from this software.
The Epson communications drivers must be installed in the following cases.
