When printing with Platen Gap set to Manual, check the combination of spacers that support the thickness of the
media you are using and the position of the scale on the platen gap lever in the table for the platen type you are
using.
Important:
The position of the scale in the table is a guide for the platen height. Before printing for the first time, make
sure you check the platen height.
