CAUTION
Danger of cut injuries
Possible risk of cut injuries from sharp edges on
the installation box�
Wear safety gloves�
Make the necessary breakthroughs for the exhaust
duct, fan and/or Ultraheat additional heater� Use a
screwdriver to lever out the breakthroughs near the
supports�
2.6.2 Breakthrough for control panel rod
Breakthroughs are prepared for the control rod on the
installation box of the S 3004 (Fig� 11-1)�
Left-hand installation = (Fig� 11-2), Right-hand installa-
tion = (Fig� 11-3)�
S 3004: Lever out the corresponding breakthrough
using a screwdriver�
 It is essential to close off any unintentionally bro-
ken-out unused breakthroughs using suitable
material�

2.6.3 Installing the installation box interior part
The S 5004 installation box consists of two parts�
S 5004: Secure the installation box interior part
(Fig� 12-1) using 7 3�5 x 9�5 mm self-tapping screws
(Fig� 12-3) to the installation box exterior part
(Fig� 12-2)� Note the right- (Fig� 12-R) or left-hand in-
stallation (Fig� 12-L) of the S-heater�

 If the Ultraheat additional heater is also installed,
the interior installation box (Fig� 12-1) must be
shortened� See the installation instructions for the
Ultraheat�

2.6.4 Installing the fan*
See the installation instructions for fans�
The installation of a fan is described below� If an instal-
lation box with two fans is installed for the S 5004, re-
peat accordingly for both fans�
Secure the fan (Fig� 13-2) using 3 3�5 x 19 mm
screws (Fig� 13-3) and 3 sheet nuts (Fig� 13-4) to the
installation box (Fig� 13-1)�

2.6.5 Installing an external fan control panel*
Install the external control panel according to the in-
stallation instructions for the fan�
2.6.6 Installing the support
Place the support (Fig� 14-1) on the installation box
supports (Fig� 14-2) and press down until the sup-
port engages in the mounting supports�
