Configuration

How the individual menu items on the device are displayed always depends on the hardware that is used
and on the device function.
7.1

Selectors

The purpose of selectors is to connect the output variables of a device function with the input mea-
surands of another device function. The device differentiates between digital and analog selectors. The
selectors contain all of the relevant process values that are present in the device.
Process values that are not present in the present device configuration are hidden by the device.
